It's been quite a long time without baking recipes... 


And, finally, I'm sharing a new one. It's a super delicious Italian dessert - Tiramisu. Got this recipe from mamma's acquaintance, but, hopefully, she won't mind opening this little secret.


We take: 3 yolks, 1/2 cup of sugar, 500g mascarpone, 3 tbsp of cream; coffee and 2 tbsp of cognac; 2 packs of Savoiardi cookies (or "ladyfingers")

Preparation:
Firstly, brew a mug of strong coffee and leave it to cool. Add 2 tbsp of cognac into coffee. While coffee is cooling, we will prepare cream. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Then we add mascarpone and cream, mix entire mass. Quickly and accurately dip Savoiardi cookies in cold coffee and put in one layer into prepared form. Put a half of previously prepared cream on top of cookies. Lay out another row of Savoiardi soaked in coffee and cover it with remaining cream. Put it all in a fridge for 4 hours (or even more), for cream to soak. Before being served Tiramisu is decorated with cocoa powder.
