Another insight into my Secret Beauty Box. It's all about key beauty care products.

Each us wants always look at her best and upcoming holiday season is not an exception. Of course make-up, hairstyle, manicure and many other tricks can help in fixing and hiding hair, skin, nails and other sort of problems.
Using cosmetics, if not every day, and stylers and weather can greatly affect face skin, lips, nails, hair... It's very important to maintain natural beauty and "defend" ourselves. Fortunately, there are many tools that can help you in that. Most of these products have been know to people for a couple of centuries now.
I found a few products for myself that are my favorites at the moment. My preferences in face care products haven't changed and you can read about it HERE, just like my preferences in make-up products, about which you can find more information HERE.

1. Eyelashes

We use mascara almost everyday. Mascara itself and make-up remover do affect eyelashes, sometimes too badly. An excellent tool in in maintaining healthy lashes will be serum or so-called eyelash builder.
Not that long ago I discovered HYPOAllergic eyelash builder from Bell company. It's hypoallergic food for lashes that stimulates its growth. It'll suit those with sensitive eyes and ones, who wear contact lenses. Should point out, since I started using this builder my eyelashes started looking much better and it's much easier to put mascara on it.

2. Lips

Lips is the first thing that gets under the harmful influence of wind and cold. Therefore, protective lipsticks and lip balms are my must-haves for Winter season. Even if you spend all day wearing red lipstick on your lips, don't forget to apply some balm for the night, in order to prevent dryness.
At the moment my favorites for lips care are Vaseline and Dior Addict Lip Glow. Pleasant feeling and useful balms at the same time.

3. Nails

I've been using oils and waxes for nails for several years now. For what purposes? In order to soften cuticles and strengthen nails. I re-new manicure, at least, once a week by changing the color of nail polish - nude, red, blue, grey, black... Such frequent exposure on nails can have consequences.
So I regularly use bio wax and oil from the company DNC. Since I've been using these products for several years now, I can safely say  - even though they are inexpensive, they still are effective.

4. Miracle Oils.

Natural cosmetic oils are real miracle products. Composition of different types of oils contains of natural substances that help restore nails, hair, skin. Two of such oils are coconut and grape seed ones.
Coconut oil is the most versatile. It nourishes, moisturizes and protects skin from external factors, as well as help to achieve even tan (in Summer of course), helps strengthen nails and restore your hair. I do use it for eyebrows as well.
Grape seed oil is more suitable for face, body and hands skin care. It also has a positive effect on hair and nails.
These two oils are from Mirolla company I discovered not that long ago, but use it regularly. And I'm really pleased with the result.

5. Hair

Over the last few years my hair experienced, probably, everything it only could. I did cut it super short, I did color it in darker shades, I did straighten and curl it using various hair stylers. Since I decided to grow it back long, then I need to maintain its health.
Coconut milk serum from Organix company that I've been using for years now and my recent discovery - shampoo and balm-mask set from pharmaceutical factory "Elfa" - have been a real help. Set, in fact, consists of four products, but I decided to try shampoo and balm-mask first. The products include burdock and are meant to fight with hair loss and help accelerating hair growth. Of course hair won't get longer by 10cm every day, but will become much softer and will gain extra shine. But don't use this burdock complex all the time, the course of two months will be enough. Otherwise, you can only harm your hair!
