No heavy multi layering involved. Basics and smart casualness. It says it all.

I'm not really a fan of multi layering. I guess, when it comes to winter, you can't escape it. It's all about bundle up in those knitwear layers, coats, scarves, hats, etc. It just keeps reminding me those times, when we, kids, were forced to put everything possible under those sizeless sweaters and a pair of warm pants. That's one of the reasons I did switch to fur coats. It's really a way to stay warm yet casual-elegant-edgy (tick the right one).
I love blazers. All kind of blazers. Manlike, ladylike, formal, military style, the list goes on... Maybe it's my business side that asks for it. Wear it with tops or wear it without. It'll always look cool. So one of my last investments of the year 2014 was this Miu Miu blazer. Felt like spoiling myself a little bit, so got it as New Year's gift to my own self. What can I add. My first investment in Miu Miu. Definitely not something highly fashionable or a hot season trend, rather something classy and, lets say, timeless.
I couldn't wait for a good weather to arrive, so paired it with fur coat that allows me to wear the blazer without any additional layers underneath. A pair of skinnies, a pair of boots and one of those beloved spots in town. Feeling pretty much on the safe side.
