Taking 1970's to Autumn/Winter 2015 season.

The 70's era keeps ruling fashion. It was really big trend throughout the Spring/Summer season with a lot of flares, fringe, suede, folk, country, hippie, disco and much more involved. All of the mentioned and some seasonal additions are indeed staying with us for one more fashion lap.
As we know so far 1970's were pretty diverse with a lot of styles coming into place. Just to name a few - folk, hippie, funk, disco, glam rock, skinheads, heavy metal, military. Back in Trend Report | That '70s Show we managed to cover the Spring/Summer version of the trend, still if you have some of those pieces, like floral dress or flared jeans, you can easily pass it on to this season, but don't forget to style it differently. In terms of designer seasonal collections, the best inspiration sources will be Anna Sui's very Winter-much version and Burberry Prorsum's Boho Chic'ed one.
And don't forget to dig out some cool ideas for both females and males from one of my most favorite and highly recommended TV series 'That '70s Show'. Because research and inspiration are a huge key. Time to find out what are those must-haves of the Autumn/Winter season that will help you pulling that 'Modern 70's Diva' look...

Fringe

Fringe is a THING when it comes to fashion. No matter what fringed piece you are going to sport - sueded bag, boots, dress, coat or a knitted piece like poncho, wrap - a statement moment is guaranteed. Burberry Prorsum tested fringe either way and proved there's no way you can overdo it.

Chiffon, Knitwear, Suede

By picking a chiffon'ed, knitted or sueded piece you'll be in this 70's inspired fashion game. You can play around the mix and match game using the three. You can also go serious by mixing all three together at once and feel super elegant. This kind of combination can easily be named 'Burberry Prorsum' much due to the fact that the British brand loves using the three.

Fur

Anna Sui assured us there's no need to be afraid of upcoming cold. The answer to it is pretty simple - FUR. Should be real or faux one is up to you, your state of mind and your country's weather conditions. One thing to remember when picking a fur, it's cool when in color or color blocking.

Prints

Prints are in this '70's revival' season and are ruling the game. All sort of florals, folk-ish and chevron are welcomed. Mentioned prints were widely seen in Anna Sui's collection and in quite interesting combinations. Don't be afraid of going mono-print or mixing and matching the outlined ones together. Be diverse like 1970's!
