An inside view.

Alright, it was back in that special A Letter to You story that I first shared my casual anxiety, and well panic attacks, thing. And now, like a month later, I feel like sharing more of this 'inside view' - my feelings, my fears (maybe or maybe not), those ups and downs and some other crucial moments that might come along the way.

Why do I find it important to start this sort of conversation? Well, in first place, anxiety is a part of me - it's been for past 20 or so years... so, yes, I guess it's about acceptance thing ans being honest with others. Because, secondly, anxiety and I believe other mental issues are about misunderstanding from the point of those who's never been on this side. And, thirdly, it's probably about a pretty simple message - a special mental type doesn't make you a wrong human... because there's no unified formula for being 'right' or 'perfect' one.

Past year was complicated. I would even say a year an a bit. I clearly remember myself slipping off from quite a stable (if last few years can be named so) state into a world dominated by severe anxiety and panic attacks. I went through this bottom stage at which I felt like the world is literally about to tumble down on me. When I thought that not a single day will go by without a panic attack and that anxiety gonna lead me to a total psycho stage... So, yes, past year was complicated. But it was also filled with moments worth sharing. Because no one can tell this story better than a 'worry warrior'...

P. S. Love these two shots that didn't make it to Black Widow story set.
